3. All Initial Paperwork
a. Provide basic lease ($35 fee for Attorney to prepare lease)
b. Move in/move out forms
c. Special notices to tenant (late notices, violation notices, etc.) provided only with monthly management.
4. Set Up Rent Payment System
a. Deposit in bank

c. Referred collection agency service for default with rents.
d. Quarterly statements
5. Schedule Initial Cleaning and/or Repairs
